MTB Engineering is pleased to announce that we have successfully imported and are currently setting up our new fuel Injector Reconditioning Machine – a specialized system designed to restore the performance of worn or contaminated fuel injector nozzles.
*This machine allows us to:
- Recondition worn nozzle needles
-Remove carbon deposits, varnish, and other contaminants
- Restore proper sealing and fuel spray patterns
-Test spray quality and fuel delivery rate with high accuracy
* Our professional reconditioning process includes:
-Cleaning – Thorough removal of carbon, sludge, and build-up Inspection – Checking for tip wear, nozzle erosion, and carbon
coking
-Polishing & Resurfacing – Depending on the level of wear
-Performance Testing – Using precision testing equipment
-Final Assembly – Ensuring the nozzle is ready for use
