On the morning of April 15, 2026, at the office of TAN BINH CO., LTD (Hai Phong), the Tripartite Strategic Cooperation Agreement Signing Ceremony was held between:

• LUMINAR MARINE CO., LTD (Korea), represented by Mr. Anderson Jung – Chief Executive Officer

This agreement marks an important milestone in the cooperation to supply and provide technical support services for stern tube sealing systems for the fleet of TAN BINH CO., LTD and HK Line in Vietnam.
